Participation & Personal Responsibility
All participants attend activities, classes, guided practices, cultural milongas, and events at their own personal risk. By participating in activities organized by Cosy Montreal (NPO), participants acknowledge full personal responsibility for their physical condition, personal belongings, and participation decisions.
Nonprofit Cultural Activities
Cosy Montreal operates as a nonprofit cultural organization dedicated to Argentine tango education, cultural transmission, and community activities. Contributions and participation fees are used to support operational, artistic, educational, and facility-related expenses.
Membership Policy
All memberships, member cards, annual contributions, and membership-related fees are final and non-refundable once activated or issued. Membership access remains subject to community guidelines, organizational capacity, and respectful participation standards.
Classes & Cancellation Policy
Multi-session classes and educational registrations may be eligible for a partial reimbursement of up to 95% only if cancellation is requested at least 30 days before the official start date. Administrative and processing fees may apply. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date are non-refundable.
Respectful Community Environment
Participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, safe, and inclusive atmosphere aligned with the values of Argentine tango culture, including respect, integrity, elegance, consent, and appropriate social conduct.
Privacy & Personal Information
Personal information collected by Cosy Montreal is used exclusively for membership administration, activity organization, communication, and operational purposes related to the organization. Personal information is handled confidentially and is never sold to third parties.
Schedule & Activity Modifications
Cosy Montreal reserves the right to adjust schedules, instructors, musicalizadores, room assignments, activity formats, or programming when necessary for operational, artistic, organizational, or safety reasons.
Acceptance of Terms
By attending activities, purchasing memberships, registering for classes, or participating in events organized by Cosy Montreal, participants acknowledge and accept these policies, conditions, and community standards.
